参赛选手要求 Candidates Requirement


大赛分为幼儿组、儿童组、少年组和青年组四个组别，分组别进行评选:
A组 | 幼儿组: 4- 6岁   
B组 | 儿童组: 7-12 岁 
C组 | 少年组: 13-17岁
D组 | 青年组：18-25岁
Preschool: Age 4-6
Children: Age 7-12
Juvenile: Age 13-17
Youth: Age 18-25
each group will be evaluated separately.

参赛作品要求 Requirement

(1) 作品主题 Theme：
a. 围绕“飞天梦”主题，既可以绘制你心目中的太空蓝图，也可以聚焦风筝发掘传统文化；
b. 或记录以风筝等为代表的世界各地风筝相关的历史记忆、民间传说、文化遗迹和城市风情;
c. 或描画以空间站、火箭、卫星、飞船等为代表的航天器、中国空间站以及未来地球城市和太空景观等。
A. Concentrating the theme of "Flying Dream", you can either draw the blueprint of space in your mind, or paint a masterpiece by exploring the traditional culture on Kites and telling the Stories of China around you.
B. Record historical memories, folklore, cultural relics and urban customs related to kites around the world represented by kites, etc.;
C. Or depict spacecraft represented by space station rockets, satellites, spacecraft, etc., China's space station and future earth cities and space landscapes, etc.

(2) 参赛作品要求 Rules：
作品介绍: 200字以内简短的作品陈述。
作品类别:可以使用钢笔、铅笔、油彩、丙埽、水彩等，任何绘画工具、材料来创作。绘画风格不限制绘画风格， 写实、抽象、动漫等均可。
参赛画纸：
【中国赛区】尺寸:最小尺寸8开(39*27cm)，最大尺寸不超过四尺整纸(136*68cm)
【其他赛区】尺寸:最小尺寸18inch*12inch (42*29.7cm)

注：只接受参赛绘画作品原作(包括不限于电子版照片、邮递纸质作品、作品陈述等) 一旦提交，即为大赛组委会所有，不予返还，参赛者在比赛期间不得将参赛作品转让给第三方，或许可第三方使用。任何个人或组织在未取得主办方授权的情况下，不得将本次大赛作品用于任何商业用途。

Painting introduction: Brief description within 200 words.
Painting category: Pen, pencil, oil color, acrylic, watercolor, any painting tool or material. The form of expression is not limited, realistic, abstract, animation, etc.
Paper size :
China region: The minimum size: 8K (39*27cm); maximum size: no more than 4 feet (136*68cm)
Overseas region: The minimum size: 18inch*12inch (42*29.7cm)

Only the original paintings (including but not limited to electronic photos, postal work, work statements, etc.) submitted to  the organizing committee will be regarded as the property of the competition and will not be returned.  Participants are not allowed to transfer or permit the use of their entries to any third party during the competition.  Any individual or organization shall not use the work of this competition for any commercial purposes without the authorization of the organizer.

 奖项设置  Prize Setting
• 本次大赛每个组别分设一等奖、二等奖、三等奖、优秀奖，最高可获10000元现金奖励。

幼儿组：一等奖1名，奖金人民币10000元；二等奖3名，奖金人民币5000元/名；三等奖9名，奖金人民币1000元/名。
儿童组：一等奖1名，奖金人民币10000元；二等奖3名，奖金人民币5000元/名；三等奖9名，奖金人民币1000元/名。
少年组：一等奖1名，奖金人民币10000元；二等奖3名，奖金人民币5000元/名；三等奖9名，奖金人民币1000元/名。
青年组：一等奖1名，奖金人民币10000元；二等奖3名，奖金人民币5000元/名；三等奖9名，奖金人民币1000元/名。
Bonus Setting:
Preschool Group A (Age 4-6)
The First Prize, one participant, the bonus RMB 10000; The Second Prize, three participants, the bonus RMB 5000/each; The Third Prize, nine participants, the bonus RMB 1000/each.
Children Group B (Age7-12)
The First Prize, one participant, the bonus RMB 10000; The Second Prize, three participants, the bonus RMB 5000/each; The Third Prize, nine participants, the bonus RMB 1000/each.
Juvenile Group C (Age 13-17)
The First Prize, one participant, the bonus RMB 10000; The Second Prize, three participants, the bonus RMB 5000/each; The Third Prize, nine participants, the bonus RMB 1000/each.
Youth Group D (Age18-25)
The First Prize, one participant, the bonus RMB 10000; The Second Prize, three participants, the bonus RMB 5000/each; The Third Prize, nine participants, the bonus RMB 1000/each.

 参赛费用 Fees


(1)  大赛报名费199元/幅，报名费用包含：中英对照烫金获奖证书、定制奖牌、评审费用、给联合国儿童基金会的捐款。（每名选手最多可提报2幅作品)。
(2)  因项目为公益性赛事活动，邮寄费用需自理，团体参赛请机构统一安排邮寄，小成都范围收费标准20元，当金额不能覆盖时，以实际邮寄支出为准。
(3) 获奖选手作品还将入选全球选手获奖作品集；入围优胜奖选手作品组委会录入全球范围作品大展。 
The original copy of the painting should be submitted to the organizing committee and the entry fee is RMB199/PCS (UNICEF donations, review fee, certificate nominal fee.)
